At Maui's Finest Gifts we provide our customers with two delivery options to fit your need, whether you want to have the gift delivered locally on Maui, or shipped outside of Maui, just about anywhere in the world.
It is our utmost priority to successfully deliver your order to its recipient in optimal condition at the time and day requested by you. The more complete the delivery instructions you provide, the higher the certainty that we will be successful in doing so.
DELIVERY ON MAUI:
Delivery charge is $17 per order- this covers one round trip.
An additional hotel service charge of $5 applies for all orders to a hotel, resort or condominium complex where resort staff is involved. We pay this ‘gratuity’ directly to the staff for the delivery to the guest’s room or villa.
A double delivery charge will apply in case we are unable to deliver on the first attempt and have to make a second trip due to reasons such as
• Wrong address/ wrong hotel
• Gate code to gated community not provided (in this case we will wait at the gate for a minimum of 10 minutes to follow another car in, if possible)
• Business delivery: business closed or no one there on the specified delivery date (we will wait for a minimum of 10 minutes for a person to return from lunch etc. )
• Hotel room/ condo delivery: recipient’s name not registered/ hotel does not know which room to deliver to.
When recipients do not answer the door/ are not home, we will leave the Gift where we deem it to be reasonably safe, protected from the elements and visible to the recipient upon return.
We do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen Gifts or damage that occurs after we deliver.
When our schedule permits we offer Same Day Delivery, as long as the order is placed by 12PM (Hawaii Time). A $29 rush charge will apply. Please call us before placing the order to confirm that it is possible: (808) 385-3533.
We deliver to Hana on a case-by-case basis. Please call us before placing the order to confirm that it is possible: (808) 385-3533. A minimum $100 surcharge will apply for the time it will take us to drive to Hana and back (min. 4 hours).
We ship anywhere in the USA via USPS Priority Mail. We typically ship within 1-2 business days after orders are received. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery via USPS Priority Mail.
Please take into consideration Maui’s location in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Even if the USPS shipping notice says 3-Day Priority, shipments to the West Coast usually take 3 days; deliveries to other parts of the country may take up to 7 days.
Our products leave our store sealed and in flawless condition. Although it's rare, products can be damaged in transit. If this happens, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ship out almost anywhere in the world via USPS Priority Mail International. We typically ship within 1-2 business days after orders are received. Shipping prices are calculated by weight. See price schedule below.
Duties and Taxes: Maui's Finest Gifts is not responsible for taxes or other fees related to international shipments. If you are sending a gift to an international address, the recipient will be responsible for all duties and taxes that may apply.

In the event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will accept your return of any item within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The item must be in unopened, unused, and undamaged condition.

If you would like us to send you a pre-paid return label, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier when you ship your return. If the return is a result of our error, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
